Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are nonrefundable. They can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

The sole exception applies if you accidentally buy the same item multiple times in one order (for example, buying two of the same SVGs in a single transaction). However, buying different formats of a product doesn't qualify for a return or exchange (for instance, purchasing both a Canva template and a Photoshop template, as these are considered separate items and are not eligible for a refund).
